The offshore torii (traditional Shinto shrine gate) of Shirahama Shrine emerges mystically through the morning mist.

As Izu’s most ancient shrine, it holds the mystical tale of Mishima Daimyojin (revered Shinto deity) who arrived on the Kuroshio (Japan’s powerful warm ocean current) to unite with Princess Ikona.

The sunrise through the vermilion torii symbolizes the start of a new day and vitality. This offshore torii emanates a mystical atmosphere in perfect harmony with nature, offering both healing and sacred sensations to all who visit.
